Memory Standard Protocol (mm) for DeepSeek Harness

This plugin aims to provide a unified memory-sharing standard for the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem. It builds a hierarchical memory structure based on pure Markdown files, defines the `mm` protocol, and supports cross-agent interoperability, deterministic budget management, and session snapshot mechanisms. The plugin provides CLI tools (such as `mem_read` and `mem_write`) and programming interfaces, ensuring that data is not silently truncated and serving as a cornerstone for building long-term memory systems.
